Original logo design
The original logo showcases the gym’s mascot locked up with a type treatment. When refreshing the logo, I wanted to stay true to the original by giving the bird a modern look and offering a lockup of both type and icon, and also with the icon alone.
Logo Refresh
The logo refresh included more than just the updates to the icon and type treatment. The primary colors of the gym were updated to Pantone colors to better unite the digital and printed experiences. A secondary palette was introduced to compliment the primary colors.
Landing Page
The previous website was created in the 90’s, so the site needed to be updated to a modern platform that could be easily managed. By customizing a Squarespace template, I was able to create a fun motif that emphasizes the new logo as well as highlight the areas of expertise offered by the gym.
